Under 40? Healthy Heterosexual? Be A Man! Enlist!

I'm not surprised someone called you a chickenhawk the other day. So many healthy heterosexual College and Young Republicans have flocked to recruiting centers nationwide that our Army has raised the maximum age for initial active-duty enlistment to 39; the Army has asked Congress to increase it further, to 42. Our National Guard accepts real Americans up to age 40. [Contact a recruiter to find out about waivers.]

Operation Yellow Elephant focuses on College and Young Republicans because of the age requirement (without waivers). If an otherwise qualified non-veteran over 40 would not be wasting a recruiter's time, then USAREC should say so. Otherwise, we'll stick with the published criteria.
