Military Recruiting Lead: Collin County, Texas

According to Kathy Ward, the new Republican County Chairman in Collin County, Texas, the last elected Democrat left office in 1988; Collin County voters supported President Bush last year with 71% of the vote. The new Chairman will recruit new members by going to door, including the College Republicans.
