Official Propaganda Boosts Yellow Elephants

Even the Voice of America is now publicizing young people active in politics, even though our nation's "noble cause" and highest foreign policy priority - success in Iraq - depends upon our effective all-volunteer military.

At thirty, North Carolina Republican Congressman Patrick McHenry is the youngest Member of the 109th Congress. As a strong [and presumably heterosexual] supporter of traditional marriage according to his biography, which mentions no military service, McHenry is clearly eligible. I've urged him to consider volunteering, no response.

Note the group's photo with Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld and their January 26 exclusive tour of The Pentagon. Will this inspire any GW College Republicans to consider military service? Or will they Support Progress in Iraq only from afar?
