I never thought I'd actually agree with the Indepundit, but I do. He predicts that U.S. forces in Iraq will total less than 100,000 in October 2006. I agree, as the ongoing recruiting problems, and the future training problems represented by the significant proportion of Category IV recruits, as well as burnout among existing servicemembers, will mean that we just won't have more than 100,000 troops available.
