Dead Ducks (updated below)
The College Republicans from the University of Oregon recently hosted a "Second Amendment Day" although it may have been more proper if titled "Plaxico Burress Day. Few, if any, of the UO participants appear to have had training handling a weapon and we are surprised that no one departed carrying their detached toes to the ER, or worse, someone having to leave the site feet first.The end of the video segment proclaims them as being The Next Generation of Freedom Fighters which is not reassuring based on their low % rate of hits on the intended targets. But if Our Country is ever attacked by mounds of dirt and mud puddles we are confident these young people will defend us.
OYE Comment: We were unable to locate an email address for the UO College Republicans. If you happen to know one of the participant's or their general email box please let us know as we can potentially save a life.
UPDATE: A concerned U of O student sent us the Young Republicans' email address. Please send them a note of encouragement so that they may learn how to properly handle a gun by enlisting as Infantrymen in The Army.

I doubt that will happen, these ducks would quickly start quacking under the pressure of real military service
Robash, that doesn't even make sense. If you're going to try and be witty, at least make sure it's funny.
Leigh, that doesn't mean much coming from you. About the only thing you would think was funny would be a quadroplegic who was intending to vote for the Democrats and got pushed of his wheelchair on the way to the polling place.
I wonder if Prof. Scrooge McDuck is the campus advisor to the U of O College republicans
