Military Recruiting Lead: New Hampshire

On the left [#37] is New Hampshire GOP Chairman Fergus Cullen, winning a race in 2003. Of course he's young and healthy and, assuming he's heterosexual, certainly appears well qualified for military service. Rep. Carol Shea-Porter (D-NY) certainly thinks so.
