Special Op Yellow Caucus

Patriotboy in for the General...

The General wrote 15 Republican Congresspersons tonight, asking them to act on the Defense Department's request to raise the enlistment age to 42. Each of these Congresspeople voted in support of the war and have defended it when speaking to the press and constituents.

Inasmuch as they are all 42 years old or younger, the General also asked them to enlist as infantrymen. Hopefully, you'll do the same. Click on their names to send them an email.

I've only listed Republicans below, because I didn't want to force the Dems to take a stand until they've had a chance to see a little pressure put on the Republicans. That might prompt them to change their position. After all, we're talking about Congressional Dems here--seeing someone else get hammered should scare the hell out of them. Everything else does.

Robert Aderholt, Alabama
Eric Cantor, Virginia
Michael Ferguson, New Jersey
Michael G. Fitzpatrick, Pennsylvania
Vito John Fossella, New York
Bobby Jindal, Louisiana
Ric Keller, Florida
Patrick T. McHenry, North Carolina
Cathy McMorris, Washington
Devin Nunes, California
Chip Pickering, Mississippi
Adam Putnam, Florida
Paul Ryan, Wisconsin
John Sullivan, Oklahmoa
John E. Sununu, New Hampshire

Update: It looks like a few of the emails bounced. I'll try to update it tomorrow.

I propose an ammendment to the Constitution.

"War can only be declared if the Congressional leaders are among the first infantry to invade. Further-more, the War's offensive will end immediately after any single Congressional member leaves the battle front. Any Congressional member that refuses to defend the country from pissed off nations looking for vengence there-after, will be hung by their sexual organs until death!"

The point isn't necesssarily to actually get the hypocrite connies to enlist, it's to make a point...that they're hypocrite connies.

We can go after the "facist illegal war supporters". We've happen to find the hotbed within the boundaries of the Right.

Where the emails bounce back you can go to their congressional webforms (Aderholt, Cantor, Ferguson, Keller, Nunes, Putnam & Ryan). Some require zip codes to get through. Aderholt, Ferguson, Putnam and Ryan have webforms; the balance you have to go through the generic "write your congressman" webform. Zipcodes are specified where needed (some of these schmucks won't take emails if you're not from their district, so just put in the district zip) - if there is a zip plus 4 required it's below:

ADERHOLT: http://aderholt.house.gov/IQ_email.shtml

FERGUSON: http://www.house.gov/ferguson/get_address2.shtml Warren, NJ 07059

RYAN: http://www.house.gov/ryan/email.htm

Anon, you don't know me. Look up Biden, Lieberman, or DLC on Jesus' General.

The decision to not include dems is strategic. I'd love to include Meeks, but the time isn't right. The Republicans won't change their positions. The Dems might.

I think this limit of 42 years is a form of ageism. Why 42? Why not 52? 62? Why should able boomers be denied the right to defend freedom and Jesus?

Why do the young get all the glory of dying for a noble cause? Our mission to re-subjugate the brown people is a noble one, isn't it?

BONUS: Congress contains a passle of members that fall between 42-62! Troops of em!

I think it should be 44, that gets Ann Coulter in comfortably. Hey, she can use a weapon, right?

One point worth noting is that after Pearl Harbor, 8 Congressmen enlisted in the U.S. Armed Forces including a 31 year-old rep from the 10th District of Texas named Lyndon Johnson.

In July 1942, Franklin Roosevelt asked all members of Congress serving in the Armed Forces to return; four did and four chose to resign their seats. One of those who opted stay in the military was killed in action.

But don't take my word for it; it's all detailed in "The Years of Lyndon Johnson: Means of Ascent" (1990) by Robert Caro.

Karl, why were you too much of a pussy to sign up when you were the "right" age?

In the "stating the obvious department:

>you all are too much of pussy ass >cowards to take on the democrats in
>name only

Anyone who uses the word coward in an anonymous post is secretly crying out to have "Moronic Jackass" tattooed on his/her forehead.

STFU.

And the point isn't to take on the DINOs. The point is to cut them off at the knees when the primaries arrive.

The politicians that started this war and have failed to provide the adequate manpower needed for a successful outcome do not fully understand the peril in which they have placed this nation. The people that voted for Bush and have not enlisted, are worse than moral cowards, they are sub-human parasites that feed off the sacrifices of those few who do enlist.

Why the hell havent Bush's daughters signed up yet? Im sure they could get a comfortable National Guard job! *wink wink*

Oh wait, the National Guard is in Iraq too. Well, FREEDOM ISNT FREE!

It's obvious that this blog doesn't want America to persist in Iraq intil they have freedom and democracy firmly established. Will you please specify what outcome you do want to see in the mideast, particularly for Iraq?
