Calendar Check: Young Republicans National Convention, Hollywood, FL, July 4-8 2007
Attention Military Recruiters:The Young Republicans National Convention takes place July 4-8 2007 at the Westin Diplomat Resort and Spa in Hollywood, Florida. You'll find crowds of well qualified and eligible (healthy heterosexuals 41 and under) patriots from all over America who strongly support President Bush in fighting to WIN the Global War on Terrorism.
You should have no problem signing up many future leaders of our governing party who want to ensure that they have personal leadership credibility with the American people. Perhaps the Florida palm trees will prompt the Young Republicans to think of our Soldiers, Marines, Airmen and Sailors in Iraq, Afghanistan and elsewhere.
If the Young Republicans really want to Support Our Troops in the most effective way, they'll become inspired to join them in this effort. That's where you come in.
Operation Yellow Elephant is seeking to become an official sponsor of this event. We are also seeking to donate a booth at the convention which will be available to all military recruiters who wish to use it.

You know what would look good? If in between all the pretty pictures of young people partying on the beach, they put some links to the recruitment sites of all the military branches.
YRNC2007 would like to offer OYE the opportunity to put their money where their mouth is. For $2500 OYE can pay to have a military booth at YRNC2007. OYE can choose which branch, and that branch of the military will be given a booth and listed as a sponsor of YRNC2007. We'll even throw in a free ad for that military branch if OYE send the check by March 1, 2007.

What you are doing is very very cool. I can't imagine that even one young republican automaton can give any logical or intelligent response to a request that they join the military and volunteer to fight in Iraq. Film their reactions and make it into a montage (if you haven't already). Bakersfield, Ca.
