The Pentagon is actually proud to publicize private initiatives to raise funds for military hospitals in Iraq, Afghanistan, and Landstuhl, Germany.

Perhaps the College Republicans can focus their next bake sales to Support Our Troops this way. That is, if they can't find the courage and credibility within themselves to do so personally.
