Really calling someone Chickenhawk IS a counter argument. It's a cheap replay to a cheap rightwing attack. Namely when rightwing war supporters are cornerd by facts they invariably cry,

"Well if you don't support the war then get out of the country".

And then call their target names, imply they are a coward, and a sissy etc.

I've heard this a-hole argument a surprising number of times. And calling the person a chickenhawk is satisfying every time especially when they are of military age.

First, if they are telling you to get out of the country they are clearly out of facts or arguments.

And second many name callers don't expect to have the tables turned on them and suddenly THEY are the butt of the name calling.

It's just amazing that so often they don't even consider the fact that maybe they are off-base and obnoxious in their accusations and name calling.

Bah, they deserve what they get.
