If/when you consider another one, let's emphasize heterosexual Young Republicans.

After all, when their party controls the Presidency and both Houses of Congress, and their most recent Party Platform insists that gays and lesbians are not welcome in the U.S. military, Log Cabin Republicans should be exempt from Operation Yellow Elephant.

[Well, not Ken, OK?]

Here's another PSA script:

Machine Gun Fire

"America is at War."
"Freedom is under attack."

"As it has always been during war, the burden of protecting democracy falls on the broad shoulders of Conservatives. We know the enemy we face hates our freedom. That is why we are urging Young Republicans of service age to enlist in the Army or Marines. Follow in the footsteps of our great conservative war heroes like Vice President Cheney. There is no better way to support our troops than by joining them. Enlist today.

PSA brought to you by OYE and Citizens for a Republican Majority in Iraq.

I like the PSA script a lot, although I think I might change Cheney to Bush. I think the fact that Bush supposedly 'saw service' (as if) but never combat makes that much funnier. Otherwise, great job! I'll look into recording it within the next day or so.

The issue of enlistment has come up on one of the conservative boards I visit. Many posters claim that they attempted to enlist but were rejected for various reasons. This got me to thinking... how can this type of Yellow Elephant serve?

Here's the message I posted and the answer it contains:

To any on this site that are in favor of the war in Iraq, but have been turned down by the military, there is hope.

You may still support the patriotic endeavors of the Bush Administration's Operation Iraqi Freedom by serving in Iraq as a private security contractor.

Here are some links to contractors who have been awarded large government contracts to provide security services in Iraq:

[link= newwindow]USIS[/link]

Feel free to search the web, as there are many more. Each have positions with entry requirements of varying levels.

The WMD's in Iraq place America's freedom and democracy at risk. As patriots and supporters of this war you are honor-bound to serve. Start your new career today!

Nice, Richard. Gives me some more ideas... but I have to record the next radio ad and finish up this TV ad first.

Take your time. Feel free to use or not use this stuff at your leisure. Also, feel free to edit in any way you see fit. I'm just throwing out ideas.
